Postage and handling is free within Australia. All parcels are sent Express with a tracking number through Australia Post. A courier service through UPS, as well as insurance, is also available at the customer’s own charge.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The condition of each piece is checked thoroughly before leaving the store. There will be no refunds after sales however items may be exchanged or a credit note issued within 5 working days of receiving goods. Please notify us immediately if you wish to exchange the goods. (Credit notes are valid for 12 weeks only)
A deposit of 40% is compulsory on all Jewellery purchases. Layby deposits for Clothing and Accessories are 30%. Laybys must be paid for in full within 4 weeks unless otherwise agreed by management. If the layby is not paid for within this time the buyer shall forfeit the deposit and the item will be put back on the shop floor. To cancel a Layby there will be $20 cancellation fee and the loss of original deposit. Laybyed items cannot be exchanged.
