An eclectic store-sized treasure chest where past and present meet.

With over 30 years experience, Bruna Harrison specialises in sourcing rare, collectable high-end costume jewellery. Our jewellery is sourced by Bruna personally from all around the globe, carefully selected for its beauty, history and uniqueness. Some of these include vintage signed pieces from Lea Stein, Chanel, Monet, Trifari, and many are one-of-a-kind.Through her extensive research into the great European design houses, Bruna has forged a partnership with the renowned atelier responsible for the handcrafted production of fine pieces of jewellery known as pate-de-verre (hand poured molten glass). The artisan responsible for these outstanding pieces worked for 45 years under the house of Gripoix, who were the creators of jewels for couture houses such as Chanel, Christobel Balenciaga, Hubert de Givenchy, Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Pierre Balmain, Jean Paul Gautier, Lanvin, Christian Lacroix and Marc Jacobs. By sourcing original pieces from these houses, Bruna strives to keep the legacy of vintage, costume jewellery alive while creating new contemporary lines.
Along with original early bakelite, galalith, lucite and celluloid collectibles, Harlequin Market also produces original hand-made crystal pieces by our own studio here in Sydney. These pieces are Bruna’s own designs featuring Austrian, Czech and vintage crystals. Our Double Bay store also stocks a select and eclectic range of vintage bags and accessories by Chanel, Hermes and Gucci that are meticulously chosen and sourced from Europe.

We have recently re-launched our online store, which showcases our complete range of jewellery and accessories.

 "Hello to all of you who know us and for those of you embarking on our journey of discovery for the first time.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our Harlequin Market/HQM world of unique jewels.
For over 10 years I have been sourcing for our small boutique first in Paddington and now in our more recent location in Double Bay. Our reputation has been well documented over the years; our unique jewels regularly featured in top publications such as Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Instyle and Marie Claire, to mention a few, and seen on many celebrities and high profile people.
For all of this I am humbled and thankful.
However, the thing that gives me the greatest pleasure is sourcing and finding those ‘special’ pieces for you, our loyal clients, and the fun we have when you visit our store. To all of you we say thanks"
